The property was fairly clean and centrally located in the center. The room was fashionable, had a huge bathroom. We had an English breakfast with lots of options. Central location and perfect hotel itself.

Well-trained staff & were happy to help. Very suitable location to Df Souvenirs. Pool was very clean and there was a cheap restaurant on site.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Early check-in, amazing bed. Absolutely breathtaking view of sea. Breakfast was healthy and coffee, pastries, eggs, slices of fresh bread and meats were nice.

Top-notch accommodation with a very good service and a lovely atmosphere. I slept so comfy in the very clean bed. Swimming pool was clean too. The poolside restaurant was wonderful with a good choice of meals in the menu.

The facilities were comfortable and easy to use. Working of free wifi throughout the property was OK. Absolutely fabulous hotel centrally located in the city. And really close to town center and town.

proximity to a gondola station makes the location excellent. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like fergburger that was only 10 minutes' walk away. handy base for a city break in queenstown.
